About me

How do we create the best kind of society, leading to individual well-being, peace, and prosperity? What is a life well-lived? As long as I can remember, I have pondered those kinds of questions, and it has influenced my life in various ways. It lead me to pursue studies within psychology, philosophy, and public policy. (More information about my professional career can be found in my CV further down.) The search for an answer also lead me to discover ancient wisdom in the form of Buddhist meditation and practices, and the secular science-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My core values are curiosity, creativity, and compassion, which I try to incorporate in my daily life and work.

More information about my background and work experience can be found in my Curriculum Vitae and LinkedIn.
